Can anyone tell me what are the happy signals for african greys?
Q. Also how do you get all the poo off his feathers and food bits? someone told me whan they life one leg and wing they are happy. i ohave only had mine for one day he seems to be stretching a lot and is just staring at everything.

A. I never really had any poo on his feathers. I alway clean his cage everytime when I get him out with a clorex wipes that way when I put him back in it all nice and clean for him. When he gets berries or food on his beak I just wet a paper towel and wipe his beak with it. A wet paper towel would be the best thing to clean poo off. My CAG is 4 1/2 months old. They do seem to stretch when ever they wake up and before they step up on your finger. If you have only had him a day he still checking out his new enviroment. One thing you might want to make sure you have is a sandy perch because it really helps to keep his tallons dull. I hope you have a stand outside your cage because they love to be in the same room you are. They also… [cont.]
